So I am posting via my mobile device. Yeah, if that’s not bleeding blue I don’t know what is. I have no idea how well this is going to work, only one way to find out I guess.

The Cubs and Dodgers are having trouble agreeing on what players should be sent to Chicago. The Dodgers view Dempster as a rental, but the Cubs don’t seem to care, and still want solid prospects in return. Mainly Zach Lee, and that is to be believed the main obstacle in getting a deal done. The Dodgers are not budging and refuse to give Lee up for a rental player. Makes sense. Apparently the Dodgers are hoping to use Zach Lee to acquire Chase Headley, a player that is under team control until 2015.

The Dodgers are not giving up on Dempster yet, however, they have switched gears, and now seem to be talking more about Matt Garza, who is under team control through the end of next season. This thing is far from over folks, stay tuned.

  3. When dee comes back would you move cruz to 3rd if no moves were made?

  4. I'd put Cruz at first base if I had to. He is a must start until someone proves he belongs on the bench.
